The Collective
The Collective is a pre professional training academy founded by Broadway’s Michael Campayno (Wicked, The Cher Show, Sound of Music LIVE, The Other Two HBO, BFA Carnegie Mellon) for high school students, gap year students, to young pre professionals. We hold several different courses through out the semester, challenging high school students with collegiate level training and mentorship.
MISSION
Our mission is to empower the next generation of young artists through professional theater training, cultivating both technical skill and creative expression. We are dedicated to fostering a deep understanding of the transformative power of art, while equipping students with the industry-specific tools and experience needed for success. Through a commitment to excellence in performance and artistic development, we strive to inspire, challenge, and prepare our students to thrive in the theater industry and make a lasting impact on society.
